Nothing is more important to us than providing the best products and service to our customers. We are thrilled to introduce two new Carow Packaging team members who will play an instrumental role in our continued growth – Steve Dutner and Steve Stone.

Steve Dutner, Account Specialist

We are excited to welcome Steve Dutner as a member of the Account Specialist team. He will be working closely with our West Coast Solution Specialist, Dan Schmitz, providing primary packaging to both existing and prospective customers. Steve will be responsible for preparing accurate sales proposals, as well as delivering superior dispensing solutions to our customers.

Steve is a graduate of Judson University in Elgin, IL with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Leadership. We were intrigued by his very diverse background in sales, customer service, and management. “I hope to add value and bring a fresh perspective to Carow Packaging,” Steve said.

When asked about what he is looking forward to in his new position, Steve says, “Carow Packaging brings both practical and unique solutions to the industry. I’m looking forward to working with our staff of experts to share these exciting solutions to both existing and potential customers.”

Steve Stone, Account Specialist Stock Distributor

We are happy to welcome Steve Stone to the role of Account Specialist Stock Distributor. In this role, Steve says, “I will be reaching out to our current distributors to help them stock more of Carow’s key products so they don’t experience any downtime or lost sales opportunities.”

We were impressed with his prior sales, customer service, and product sourcing experience which will be of tremendous value to our customers. “I was a Sales Support Specialist at Berry Global working with plastic caps, prior to handling customer support and sales at TVH. There, I managed two of their product websites that generated leads that I worked to convert to clients. I was also a Sourcing Specialist with Grainger, finding unique, non-catalog items that customers were looking for, quoting them competitive pricing and estimated lead times.”

He added, “I am excited to contribute to the overall culture of Carow and being able to make a positive difference to my customers and my co-workers.”
